We run English camps, project weeks and class trips for schools and families across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Every one of them is carried by the people in the room.

A LevelUp week is a week of English lived out loud: students build, perform, pitch, argue and laugh their way through five days, and the trainer is the one who holds that together. Trainers come to us from Canada, the USA, Ireland, the UK and beyond; the office team runs it all from Berlin — and everyone goes through in-house training before their first week.

You deliver the week on site — camps, project weeks and class trips — as the trainer, the host and the person setting the tone. Weeks run through the German, Austrian and Swiss school year and holidays, and you travel to the school or the venue.

Your tasks

  • Run five days of English lived out loud with one group of 12–25 young people
  • Deliver the academies, themelets, energisers and reflections from our resource library — and bring your own energy to them
  • Host the week alongside the teachers or camp team on site

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • A recognised English teaching qualification (TEFL, CELTA or comparable)
  • Native or near-native English — no German needed, the whole week runs in English
  • Comfortable in front of a group of 12–25 young people all day
  • An enhanced background check before your first group

Austria and Switzerland are the next two markets we want running properly, and this role is how they get there. You sit between the Schools and Camps teams, find the schools worth talking to, and make the pitch sound like it was written for them rather than translated at them.

Your tasks

  • Research schools and decision-makers across Austria and Switzerland, then run the email and phone outreach yourself
  • Support proposals and bookings, and scout local venues and accommodation partners
  • Adapt our materials and social content for Austrian and Swiss audiences
  • Map the AT/CH school calendars so we know when the booking windows actually open

  • A connection to Austria or Switzerland if you have one

  • Run Spendesk, reconcile receipts and invoices, and keep transactions categorised and complete
  • Prepare the monthly handover to our tax advisor and keep records audit-ready
  • Track outstanding invoices and give us honest cashflow visibility

Your profile

  • Bookkeeping experience and familiarity with German processes

  • Projects & employer branding: turn new HR trends into action with our marketing team and bring your own ideas into projects.

Your profile

  • Studies: enrolled in HR, business, psychology or a related field.
  • HR fit: first experience in HR is a plus, plus real enthusiasm for recruiting and onboarding.
  • Way of working: structured, precise, detail-oriented and organised when setting priorities.
  • Communication & skills: a confident communicator, reliable, fluent in English and German, and comfortable with Google Workspace.
