What is a project week?

One to five days of complete English immersion – without leaving Poland. A team of native speakers comes to your school, and students work in teams on a real project: a play, a film, a podcast or a business of their own. All of it in English.

  1. LevelUp trainers and students mid-game during an outdoor group activity

    Breaking the barrier

Students meet the trainers through games, challenges and improvisation. By the end of day one everyone is speaking English – including the ones who "never say a word".

  2. Students holding scripts rehearse a scene during an English-language workshop

    Building the project

Teams work on their own project in the theme of their chosen Academy: script, rehearsals, production. English becomes the tool, not the subject.

  3. A whole school with the LevelUp team on stage in front of a red curtain after the final showcase

    The big finale

Students present what they have made to the whole school. Pride, applause, and confidence that stays with them.

Four academies to choose from

Every project week follows one of four themed tracks – and not every group has to do the same one: depending on how many trainers are on site, each workshop group can pick its own academy. Every track is adapted to the age and language level of your class.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do enquiries and bookings work?

You send us a no-obligation enquiry via the contact form with the key details: year group, group size and preferred dates. We reply with a concrete programme proposal and a quote. Only when everything fits do you book bindingly.

How many students can take part?

From a single class to several classes in parallel – we agree the group size in the quote so there's enough speaking time for everyone.

How much does a programme cost?

Costs depend on group size and duration. Every quote is calculated transparently and individually – send a no-obligation enquiry and we'll work out your preferred programme.

How much preparation does our teaching staff face?

Very little. We provide the programme, materials and trainers – your school only organises the rooms. We clarify everything important in a short planning call beforehand.

Does the school need special equipment?

No – classrooms or an assembly hall are enough. Our trainers bring all other materials.

Does the programme fit the Polish school calendar?

Yes. We plan our programmes around the school year and holidays and arrange the date individually with your school – whether that's a full project week or more compact project days.

Which year groups is LevelUp suitable for?

From primary school to secondary school. Content and projects are adapted to the group's age and language level.

Do students need to speak good English already?

No. Our trainers have worked with mixed-ability groups for years – the projects are designed so everyone can take part. Confidence comes before perfection.

Who leads the programmes?

Exclusively native English speakers – our team comes from the UK, the USA and Ireland, among others, with experience in education, theatre and business.
